1. Service Parameters
FAY ELIJAH LLC provides onshore operational infrastructure, including store management, product sourcing, payment processing assistance, and customer support. We act solely as an operational partner and do not assume ownership of client storefronts.
2. Client Responsibilities
Operational Terms
International merchants must maintain active legal status in their home jurisdictions and provide accurate, verifiable documentation for payment processor onboarding and merchant compliance checks.
Effective as of October 2024. These terms apply to all international merchants utilizing our onshore operational infrastructure.
3. Governing Law
These terms and all service agreements are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

All operational disputes, compliance audits, and legal inquiries are settled under California jurisdiction. Our physical presence in Oakdale serves as the administrative anchor for all international merchant agreements.
